Ethiopia Rachia

Our staple go-to coffee, natural Ethiopian is back in stock! Full of rich body and sweetness, balanced nuances of ripe stone fruit and tropical qualities, we are hoping to keep this beauty with us for a little while.  
As usual, this is a wild Ethiopian Heirloom managed by individual farmers in the Yirgacheffe region. They will keep a close eye to their cherries during cultivation and harvest. The cherries are then taken to the Aricha washing station and processed as natural. Dried in whole cherries on African raised beds, tossed regularly throughout the day for roughly 8-20 days depending on the weather conditions.
