We just cannot get enough Pacamara!

The combination of the El Salvadorian terroir and the variety itself have given this coffee a heart-warming apple pie sweetness as well as that sugary syrupy texture from a fresh bake. To top it off, there is also a grilled pineapple - tropical but also caramelised to add to the sugary component.
Mauricio Salaverria shows immaculate care taken into every step of his practice. Rain water is recycled for his washed coffees, surrounding landscapes are manicured both as habitats for local bees and also as shades for his coffee crops. He also attends to the pulped cherry skins to process them as Cascara, which we proudly use for our Cold-Brewed Cascara!
