This Marsellesa variety from Volcan Azul in Costa Rica is an excellent example of balance - of well-pronounced brown sugar body and a wide variety of tropical and citrus fruits. To name a few, we can perceive orange, mango and banana. As an espresso, the sweet and smooth body seem to really speak for itself. As a filter, it is a tropical juice!
