Jesus Javier is a new-comer to the world of specialty coffee. His farm El Guayabal is an inheritance from his father who used to grow coffee and guava (hence the name of the farm). Now the focus is on sugarcane and higher grade coffee varietals for a more financially sustainable future of his family through the farm. We are very excited to be able to showcase his first harvest of the Geisha varietal! You will find the typical florals (jasmine, elderflower, hibiscus) associated with the varietal but also rich honey and tropical notes, coming from the terirror of his farm.
